CUSTOM JOBS
Facelift Graphics also provides customized invitations and announcements specifically tailored to suit the client’s personal taste or any special event themes at an hourly rate of $75 (minimum of 4 hours per job) plus the cost of printing (and additional supplies where applicable).

ORDERING/DEPOSITS
Prior the commencement of any job, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of half the amount of the total cost is due. The remaining cash balance (cashier’s check or money orders are accepted) is due at the time of receipt of the final product.* Phone, online or out-of-town orders require complete payment prior to shipping. Shipping charges apply.

The next step is submitting the finalized wording/content via email at: maya@faceliftgraphics.com. You may also submit the wording on a floppy disk or cd.

PROOFS AND TURNAROUND TIME
Within 5-7 business days, you will be provided an initial electronic proof (jpeg). Two rounds of edits (client-initiated changes) following the initial proof will be accommodated at no additional cost. Additional edits beyond two rounds of edits will be at an additional cost of $25 per round. A final hard copy proof will be provided and must be signed by the client (indicating approval of all content, spellings, names, dates, etc.) prior to the job going into production.

VERY IMPORTANT! The client is solely responsible for reviewing and proofreading overall spelling, the spelling of names (people and places), dates, places and grammar on the final proof.

HALTING JOBS/CHANGES AFTER THE JOB HAS GONE INTO PRODUCTION
Once the final proof has been signed off on, the job is considered to be in production. Any requested changes to the job (content, layout, etc.) once the job is in production will be at an additional cost to the client. In the event that a client changes his/her mind once the job has gone into production, the client forfeits the initial deposit placed and is responsible for printing/supplies/associated charges if the job has gone into production.

Facelift Graphics strives to ensure the quality of every job. Because we put a tremendous amount of time and effort into every job, we are unable to offer refunds.
